Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please contact us at support@shelleyshop.site before returning your item to receive return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized orders

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence


Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the one you’d like.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
