Lost or Stolen Packages
Shelley Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking updates closely.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at support@shelleyshop.site. Changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.
Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working toward expanding our delivery regions in the near future.
